1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to moon33's real-money gaming services is restricted. To register an Account and place Wagers, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a legal entity, trust, or corporate body acting on behalf of another party).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be excluded from gambling activity pursuant to any self-exclusion request previously submitted to moon33.
• You must not be registered on any national or international voluntary self-exclusion register where applicable.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party when registering or placing Wagers.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law and where such prohibition would expose the Company to legal liability.

3 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify moon33 immediately of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. moon33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login information.

moon33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact moon33 support immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

The Company reserves the right to close, suspend, or freeze any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that the Player no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.

4 KYC Identity Verification

moon33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Completion of KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request may be processed, and the Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a Player's registration lifecycle.

4.1 Required Documents

The following documentation may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days showing your residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or photographic evidence of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming ownership.
• Source of funds declaration: Where the Company deems it necessary under its AML obligations, a written declaration of th e source of funds supporting your Account activity may be required.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

moon33 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, verification may take up to 5 business days (WIB, UTC+7). Players will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.

5 Deposits

All deposits on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). moon33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

moon33 accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit enforced at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming panel are bound by those limits until a cooling-off period has elapsed following any request to increase them.

5.3 Processing Time

Deposits processed via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Player's Account within 1–10 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. moon33 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider's internal processing schedules.

5.4 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger a KYC review or Account suspension. moon33 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from an unauthorized source.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. If a different method is requested, additional verification may be required. Supported withdrawal channels mirror those listed under Clause 5.1.

6.3 Processing Time

moon33 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes to 3 hours for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawals submitted outside business hours or during public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and Nyepi) may be subject to next-business-day processing. moon33 is not responsible for additional delays imposed by receiving banks or e-wallet providers.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be withheld or delayed under the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed.
• The Player's Account is under review for suspicious activity or a potential breach of this Agreement.
• Active bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements are present in the Account Balance.
• A chargeback dispute has been raised by the Player's payment provider.
• The withdrawal amount includes winnings generated under irregular or suspected fraudulent betting patterns.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

moon33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this clause and any additional terms stated in the specific promotion's detail page at the time the bonus is claimed.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, their first qualifying deposit.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to an Account carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) of the bonus amount — which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute 10%–20%; live sports wagers may contribute based on minimum odds restrictions. Specific game contributions are listed in each promotion's terms.
• moon33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Abuse of Bonuses

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus whoring"), using multiple Accounts, or coordinating with other Players to circumvent wagering requirements will have their bonus forfeited, their Account suspended, and any associated withdrawals blocked pending investigation.

7.3 Seasonal Promotions

moon33 may offer special promotions tied to seasonal events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 season openers, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds. These promotions are time-limited and subject to separate eligibility criteria.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the Platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within each product category on the Platform.

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All Wagers are subject to acceptance by moon33. The Company reserves the right to decline, restrict, or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to Wagers that exceed the maximum stake or payout limits for a given market. A Wager is only confirmed once the Player receives an explicit confirmation reference number on the Platform.

8.2 Football Betting

Football markets include pre-match and in-play betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifying. Bandar bola (Indonesian-style football bookmaking) markets and mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets are available under standard rules. Minimum odds for mix parlay legs are specified per promotion. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules.

8.3 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on moon33 follow draw-based settlement rules. Results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from the relevant market sources. moon33 is not affiliated with any government lottery body and operates togel markets as a private wagering product.

8.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games are powered by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes in live casino are determined in real time by human dealers and are not subject to RNG certification. Disconnection during a live game hand does not automatically void the Wager; the hand will be settled based on the game outcome as recorded by the studio's system.

8.5 Void Bets and Disputes

A Wager may be declared void by moon33 in cases including but not limited to: a clear technical error in the odds displayed; a match abandonment or cancellation before the minimum required play time has elapsed; a data feed failure that caused an incorrect market to be offered; or evidence of match manipulation. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that systematically exploit pricing discrepancies to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing").
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing moon33 support staff or other Players.

10 Responsible Gaming

moon33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and are accessible directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may restrict the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Automatic session duration limits trigger a notification and optional logout at intervals set by the Player.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying the Player's net session result at configurable intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period for any period exceeding 7 days.

Players who feel that their gambling may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to contact moon33 support or visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance and resources. moon33 enforces a strict 21+ policy and does not market to minors.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of moon33 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of moon33. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, moon33, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or business reputation.
• Damages arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party system failures beyond moon33's reasonable control.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

In all cases, moon33's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which moon33 holds its international operating license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

13.1 Informal Resolution

Prior to initiating any formal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to moon33 at [email protected]. moon33 will use reasonable endeavors to resolve the complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding of any kind against moon33.

14 Amendments to This Agreement

moon33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, moon33 will provide notice to Players via email to the registered address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support. Any Balance held in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.
